Mount Juliet Estate is set in the heart of the Kilkenny countryside. Straddling the River Nore this historic site hosts one of the most charming venues we’ve ever had the pleasure of shooting at. It was the perfect setting for Moya and Andrew’s wonderful wedding.
We knew from the very first contact that this day would be special, and it proved all that and more. It won’t come as a surprise that Moya works as an Interior Designer at Avenue Interior Design and you could clearly tell that there had been lots of attention given to every decision and detail.
This day was such a joy to capture. Moya and Andrew were so easy going, laid back and fun that it honestly felt like we were all just part of one huge party. Moya explains,
“Our main objective for the look and feel of the day was to strike a balance and achieve something that was elegant and classic but without a stiffness or over formality. While the day was traditional in some respects, it was also all very relaxed and full of laughter and fun, which was always at the forefront during the planning!”
It’s days like these we both look back and pinch ourselves. We are so fortunate to meet genuine, lovely people, see beautiful places like Mount Juliet and capture it all on camera for the couple and their loved ones to relive it all for years to come.
Moya and Andrew, thank you!
